BUCKTOOL Bench Belt Sander with 3/4HP, 5.0A Direct Drive, 4x36 in. Belt & 8 in. Disc, BD4801
I’m very happy with my Buck tool grinder. I use it with the Oneway sharpening system. It took a while to set it up. Once it was ready it does a great job.
I have to say that I first bought a Buck Tool product six months ago and was pleasantly pleased. When it came to needing a drill press I was more open minded and looked at the entire field of bench presses. This tool was easy to assemble and when I finished it is as accurate and powerful as I could have imagined. There is no doubt about it being a 5 star rating.
What an Awesome Drill Press! Very well built and nothing like cheaper models I looked at! I gave it a five star because of the great Quality that was put into it! So Easy to use and very easy to assemble it and Quick.I really like the adjustable speed. Thanks Bucktool for the fast shipping also!
Product was as described. Came on time. Was just too small. I ordered a 4" collar. Got a smaller one.
Bought this product so I can use both sides of the wet sharpener without moving the other support bar
So far so good.
I was expecting to pay an arm and leg for the parts I needed. I was figuring around $20 each.
BUT... To my surprise, they were only $1 each~!!!
When I expand my shop, everything toold I buy from now on will be Bucktool~!!!
I guarantee it~!!!
5☆☆☆☆☆ forever~!!!
I use this grinder, put diamond ration wheels on it to sharpen knives. The low speed works ideal to keep from heating up the knives metal.
This was very easy to set up - "out of the box" - The tracking & speed (1750) was perfect!! I used a new angle guide (fit with no problems), two sanding belts & finished with a leather belt to sharpen my expensive "Buck Pocket Knife". "AWESOME". If i can find another great deal I'll be adding one more for sure on my sharpening bench!! "Dan's Sharpening"
Good machine for the money
Replacement part fit perfectly. Received in a timely manner.
Short and Sweet: It arrived fast. It's very quiet and smooth. Works great on both speeds. Setup was easy. It has a bit of vibration but I'm certain I can take that out of if after I dress the stones. This will make a great addition to my new shop.
Exactly what I needed- thanks for having the part I needed for my sander
Works great for my application. I took off the grinding wheels , replaced them with leather 8” wheels. I also reversed the direction of the wheels for safety reasons
I needed a bench top sander to help with my art production for ages, but the bigger tools were out of my price range, and not practical for my living situation.
Finally fed up with this I took a plunge on Bucktool.
In just a week is has allowed me to move forward on 4 projects that've otherwise sat undone for 1-4 years.
The device is easy to use right out of the box. The instructions are simple and direct.
And despite being a cost effective tool, it feels solid and well made (time will tell).
About the only thing I'm concerned about are the shelves (work tables). I need absolute correct angles when sanding/cutting. I find even when I use a square to set up the one on my belt/disc sander there is some slippage that occurs while I'm using it. Maybe I'm not tightening up on the lock-knobs enough? Maybe the machine is vibrating a little too much? I don't know but I'm keeping my eye on it.
Thus far however, I have still been able to use both the sanders effectively and am enjoying the tool.

Well built piece of equipment. Powerful and comes ready to tackle any project. Motor and assembly are very dependable and I have no complaints. Would recommend. Won’t break the bank, but will be a part of my tool shop for the next 30 years I believe.
